The Crumble Shack is our original flagship street food stall, trading since 2015, taking our love of crumble and custard to Festivals, Street Food Markets, University Balls, Fireworks and Weddings. We offer piping hot portions of Great British Crumble with a luscious vanilla custard and vanilla ice cream, a choice of fruit filling and crunchy toasted crumble toppings, all handmade with love from scratch with fresh ingredients.
At Festivals we offer four different seasonal fruits and four different crunchy toasted toppings. Our customers can then feel free to mix and match the fruits and the toppings to create a crumble all of their own. We always offer both vegan and gluten free options of our crumble and our crumbles are loved by adults and children alike.
The essence of Crumble Shack is to take the customer back to a happy place and the warming heart of Great British Cooking. The humble crumble is one of our earliest food memories and conjures the image of a family table bowing with generosity and warmth. It is this simple joy and love that we aim to share with our customers time and again. We are only interested in serving the very best – no shortcuts or cheap tricks. We aim to make our Grandmothers proud and serve a dish to our customers that we would be proud to put in front of our families. We will never take for granted the look of disbelief turning to pure joy as people realise that yes, it may be a muddy field in a soggy English summer, but we are here with crumble love!
Firm menu favourites have been found and as our regulars seek us out we are proud that they have kept us in their thoughts from year to year with wonderful food memories! Be it Crumble Shack fans seeking us out at a festival the minute the gates open or the sight of slightly inebriated teenage boys wearing fluorescent body paint and sunglasses eating crumble at midnight, every event is full of unexpected yet rewarding moments.
The Crumble Shack is an original concept, a true British classic and we want to thank each and every one of our crumble fans who make this journey amazing!

2023 was another amazing year for the Crumble Shack, we traded at Glastonbury, WOMAD, Shambala and we brought that festival feeling to a whole lot of weddings too!

We hired Gravy & Custard for a TV production in Huntercombe, and they were fantastic caterers to work with! Each day, they delivered exceptional hot food. Multiple departments across the production frequently praised their cooking, including Executive Producers who are highly experienced in the food sector, and every day the food was delivered on time. Gravy & Custard were also incredibly flexible with their menu options, despite our constraints and budget limits, and were able to produce a variety of delicious meals each day. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely be working with them again!

What can we say - The food for our wedding from Gravy & Custard was absolutely outstanding and delicious! Many of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how the pies were the best they had ever eaten!
